This cosy townhouse features all living space conveniently on one level and is located on the edge of the Ostfriesland Holiday Park in Berumbur, where a wide range of activities are available.
Within walking distance of the house, you’ll find an indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, massages and other medical and cosmetic treatments, restaurants, the spa administration office, and a holiday programme for children.

A 15-minute drive takes you to the beautiful beach at Norddeich and the town of Norden, which offers a wide range of activities, including restaurants, recreational options, surfing, kite surfing, a holiday programme, a swimming pool, and much more.

The bright and welcoming rooms are furnished in a modern yet cosy style to ensure your comfort. In the living-dining area, a fireplace offers the chance to spend chilly East Frisian evenings cosying up together by the fire.

There is also a large dining table and a sofa area with a plasma TV, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the best possible comfort even while on holiday, with a dishwasher, stove (including oven), coffee maker and coffee pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, and washing machine.

The bathroom features light-colored tiles and, with its bathtub, offers a high level of comfort.

A special highlight is the bedroom, which can be accessed from two sides (doors)—you’ll be pleasantly surprised (unfortunately, it’s not possible to take a good photo from that angle).
