The Space:

Navarre Beach Regency 305 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting breathtaking gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom, it accommodates up to six guests comfortably. This lovely condo is a true vacationer’s dream, with brand-new furniture, custom draperies, plantation shutters, and a truly welcoming ambiance from the moment you enter.



The fully-equipped kitchen is beautifully decorated with custom cabinets, a lovely tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and upscale quartz countertops. Enjoy the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there are four additional barstools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area, featuring comfortable furnishings along with a 50” flat-screen Smart television and DVD player. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Navarre Beach has to offer, or enjoy one of the many provided games. Enjoy a high-end washer & dryer combo, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs.



Both bedrooms have Posturepedic, gel-cooling mattresses with odor control for ultimate comfort and convenience. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a 47” flat-screen Smart television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hall area and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom offers its own private oasis, with a king-sized bed, a 50” flat-screen Smart television & DVD player, along with access to the gulf-front balcony and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom includes a single vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower.



Step out onto the large, deep balcony to experience ultimate relaxation, while the sights & sounds of the waves wash your worries away. If you are an early riser, the balcony provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Kick your feet up and unwind in the evenings with your loved ones, as there are four loungers with a side table as well as two other chairs. Navarre Beach Regency has the largest balconies and lowest beach density of the surrounding condo complexes, as well as the largest pool on the strip. The beach view was perfect from the condo. The condo is very nicely decorated and the rooms and beds are comfortable. The king bed is a hard bed, and comfortable. The sheets, towels and kitchen was very clean. There were some chips on the carpet when we arrived and the máster bathroom had some mildew against the shower door and around the lower caulk line. We really enjoyed the patio and seating area. We didn’t use the pool but very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary umbrella and chairs on the beach which came with the rental. We had some trouble connecting with the property management company upon arrival. I requested a 30 minute early check in and it was denied.

Beautiful place with a great, fairly central location right on the beach. Its a fairly large 2 bedroom with big rooms. There was just 2 of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other.The building itself is a little old without a lobby. This unit has been remodeled and is quite lovely. The building has a very small gym. It was too early in the year to use the pool or beach service.We had no issues and we would definitely stay here again.
