We were delighted to host you, Ankit. We are glad that you enjoyed your visit. The washing machine has been repaired and is working well. We would love to have you visit again very soon.
This was a great place because there were plenty of things for the family to do. The room was clean and accommodating for 4 very comfortably. The pool was great for the kids along with the mini-concession stand. The beach was nice but unfortunately there was a lot of algae in the water which we felt wasn’t swimmable.
The Waterscape Resort was a perfect place to get away for a November birthday celebration. The amenities were great with various pools, including a heated pool and a lazy river. The gym had everything needed to get a great workout. The beach access was great too. Price was very reasonable being off season. Will definitely book this resort again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
No beach view
We specifically chose this room for a beach view. The pictures are not accurate. There is no beach view. The room is very basic and could be cleaner. The location and grounds are great! Lots to do for kids and the beach is beautiful. They provide you with chairs and a umbrella.
We had a wonderful time. The room and resort was great. My only negative feedback would be that the cleaning crew didn’t get three used/dirty wash cloths that were hanging on the shower curtain rod. This makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower. Aside from that, everything was perfect.
The property was wonderful, the pool layout excellent. I wish the hot tub had some adult hours, so many kids. The only problem we had was with the bedroom. It was the brightest room in the condo. I did all I could, fitted the blinds best I was able, closed the curtains all the away around and yet it was like having daylight trying to sleep. The other problem was the location on the end where everybody coming and going passed the bedroom, laughing, joking, talking, and yelling. We heard it all. The day was wonderful, the night made it very difficult to sleep. I suggest at the very least some black out curtains. Perhaps some blindfolds.
With having a disabled husband it was extremely annoying that all of the elevators that led to the first floor were closed by 7. He found himself in a fair amount of pain trying to maneuver downstairs and then across the property with the property itself being very confusing. Then the fact that we had children that we needed to stayed with by the pool and watched also became impossible because other resort members would take their towels and lay them out on the chairs and be gone to either their room or the beach for hours on end leaving no chairs for other people. My husband and I could not just sit down and watch our children play in the pool, we pretty much had to stand the entire time. Which in itself was not ideal for my husbands disability. Once again the condo was very nice the resort was very difficult on my husbands disabilities.
