The closeness to the beach and the balcony were our favorite parts. We arrived, and had a very sandy dirty floor everywhere we walked, the closet doors were off the tracks, the bathroom shower was fixed with aluminum foil to keep it from spraying water towards the ceiling. Our bed was held together with zip ties on the bedframe. Loved the beach, but would not stay again.
