It was a cute condo and only a few minute's walk to the beach. We did have a few problems. The linens on the pull-out bed were dirty, as were the lap blankets. The showers didn't drain well, so you had to shower in ankle-deep water. The shower curtains hung into the bottom of the tubs. The dishes in the cabinet weren't clean. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied. The glass-top stove that had to be cleaned before use. Shelves in the fridge were broken or missing. There was almost no air coming through the vents and the only ceiling fan was in the living room, so air circulation was an issue. The AC filter was dated 11/6/2025 and our stay was in June. I called within an hour of getting to the condo about the AC and was told someone would come the next morning. I reached out the next afternoon and was told it would be handled the following morning. We had to buy a fan to make the nights more comfortable. We never heard from maintenance and management didn't respond to our last message at all. Parking was easy and convenient. There was no downstairs storage for beach stuff. With no elevator, we ended up leaving it out next to the car but had no issues with theft/vandalism. We liked the location, loved the beach, and the balcony, and view, but, with the cleanliness issues and the communication issues, we won't rent from this company again. (We did not use the pool or the pier/dock.)

Upon arrival to the open and elegant condo the propped up laundry door fell on our grandson as we carried our suitcases in. Sink was stopped up, garbage disposal did not work, hot water heater was not working, fridge shelves broken and fell into floor when door opened, no cable tv, no internet. Dirty dishes in cabinet. Bed sheets were old and pilled. Bed pillows had no protective covers and were stained and disgusting. Broken dining chairs, Sliding doors would not open, rugs were stained and dirty...After Many Many phone calls and emails and lots of promises we did get sink and hot water fixed. They did get one of the TV cables working. We never had internet. I washed the dishes and made sure they were clean. I have photos of it all and logs of calls with dates. I travel the country for work often bringing my family so I have to internet. The one suggestion I got was go to the library from one of the management folks. The property outside was nice. Good pool and play area and loved the location.
