The domain of the Super Cannes, most prestigious of the Riviera, on the heights of Cannes and Golf Juan, known to preserve its parks. It is the elected district of the high society. The villa is sumptuous, the richness overflows it. A domain of dreams!

It is in this haven of peace that is located this very private majestic villa with a panoramic sea view on the Cape d'Antibes. The interior is decorated with taste in the style of a palace of Provence, profiting from clear colours bringing a cordial environment. Luminous on request thanks to broad picture windows, the parts are equipped with beautiful furniture of the XVIIIe century.

The property, very privatised, can accommodate in a great comfort 12 people thanks to six luxurious bedrooms distributed on a liveable surface of 700m² and offers, amongst other things, a private swimming pool heated with the summer kitchen for the meals in the open air, a jacuzzi overhanging a splendid sea sight, billiards room, an auxiliary office.

Beautiful and enchanting property in the hills over Vallauris with stunning views and amazing outdoor space. Would definitely recommend for a large group of friends or family, with vehicles/bikes. The only slight issue was the WiFi which had poor connectivity away from the main hub, due to the thick stone walls. However, we were outside most of the time so this wasn’t problematic for us. The property host Karolina was lovely.

Man merkt, dass an diesem Haus auch gelebt wird. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Wir haben die 14 Tage mit der Familie sehr genossen.

Karolina was very helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great time . The villa is very spacious and luxurious with a great pool and an amazing view on cannes hills . Was an Absolute pleasure !

Huis moet gerenoveerd worden, bedden wel goed!

Het huis heeft echt een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Veel deed het niet goed, de afwerking is echt beneden het niveau wat je bij een dergelijk prijsniveau mag verwachten. Karolina was zeer behulpzaam en de bedden waren prima. We hebben de meeste tijd doorgebracht bij het zwembad/poolhouse. Lekker zwembad maar de open keuken werkte echt niet goed. De schoorsteen boven de keuken trok helemaal die dus je staat in de volle rook te bbq’en. De pizza oven (leuk!) werkte wel goed. Van de zes slaapkamers zijn er twee verbonden dus je moet via de andere naar buiten.

Lovely spacious villa in excellent neighbourhood,equipped with everything

The villa is large spacious,with large bedrooms and many sitting areas.There is plenty cupboard space. Kitchen contains every utensil you could need,and laundry room has several machines and virtually everything you could need in the way of tools,supplies. The garden is large and there is beautiful sea view.. The pool is lovely with all services on hand. The owner,Karolina provides outstanding service,replying rapidly to messages and is often fixing things before one notices that they are not working-eg pool lights. The area is an excellent balance of privacy to proximity of shops etc with Vallauris within 3-4 min drive and golf-Juan/Juan les-pins within 10-12 min drive. We would definitely come again-highly recommend

Amazing stay, good for groups

We were a group of 12 friends staying at the villa and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is really spacious with lots of living/common areas to hang out and has a lot of character with the decor. The only issue we had was with one bedroom not having a door when we arrived which we were not informed about beforehand so we had to hang a curtain up. Karolina in general was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. She also helped organize taxis for us which was very kind. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.
