Great family getaway on the Cote D'Azur

Beautiful, well maintained and spacious property with spectacular views and setting. The Host and owners were very helpful and professional in dealing with some issues. Highly recommended!

The best view ever from a villa

All as described plus secure gated parking for several cars - 20 minutes up the mountain from a huge Auchan supermarket & Mandelieu Airport - 1 hour from Monte Carlo - 40 minutes from Nice airport - Exactly what we wanted with young children - safe and not too “precious”

Great stay, great view

We had a wonderful experience in this villa. Everything is perfect as you see at the pictures. Good communication about our questions and very good help. The villa is very well equiped; we were with a family of 10 persons and was great. good AC with good beds in the bedrooms.

Stunning views

The views are even better than what the photos suggest! Truly fabulous! The place is spacious and well-equipped. Ideal for a gathering where you need numerous bedrooms with separate spaces. Owner is responsive and accommodating. House manager js helpful. Would absolutely recommend the house to others.

Third stay - still in love

Best view (Cannes Croisette) - lots of space - all equipment needed in the villa - huge barbecue (gas) - beautiful evening light in the garden - table tennis, PlayStation and badminton for your kids - easy access to owner and villa administrator. There is a reason why we stayed 3 summer vacations in this villa. We love it ❤️🇫🇷

Paradise on earth

This is our 4th year at the house. We spend most of the year looking forward to returning there. The house is well laid out with ample sleeping space for our large family. We have 3 children ages 9-11 and the house is perfect for our getaway vacation. The 270-degree views are breathtaking, providing something for everyone -- sea, harbor towns, hills and mountains. The farm next door is divine and provides access to the freshest fruits and vegetables daily. The boulangerie for daily bread is 10 minute drive. The house is isolated which is what we purposefully seek out to escape our busy lives. It's wonderful to look down on the lights of Cannes but not have to interface with crowds. The grocery store is off the mountain so it's a solid commitment to go.

fantastische Aussicht in schöner Villa für 3-Generationen Familie

Wir haben diese Villa für eine Woche für die ganze Großfamilie (zehn Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder) gemietet und hatten hohe Erwartungen, welche alle zumindest erfüllt oder übertroffen wurden. Das Haus besticht durch den fantastischen Ausblick (speziell von der Terrasse und dem 180 Blick von der Küche) und einer wirklich großzügigen und umfangreichen Ausstattung (mehrere Kühl- u. Gefriertschränke, Waschmaschine, großer Gasgriller, Kinderstuhl, sehr gute Küchen-/Kochausstattung, sogar scharfe Messer (!), Tischtennistisch, Outdoorspiele, etc.pp). Die Raumaufteilung der Villa ist sehr gut und bietet auch Rückzugsmöglichkeit und Intimität. Da wir durchgehend 35 hatten, war auch die sehr gut funktionierende und moderne Klimatisierung der Schlafräume ausgesprochen angenehm.Bei einem kurzfristigen Baulärm-Problem haben sich die Eigentümerin, die Agentur und sogar die Poolreinigungsfirma (welche alle insgesamt sehr bemüht und ausgesprochen freundlich waren) sofort um die Behebung des Problems gekümmert.Uns hat es auch nicht gestört, dass es in unmittelbarer Nähe kein Restaurant oder eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt, da wir das natürlich im Vorfeld wussten. Dafür hat die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und der Ausblick mehr als entschädigt.Unser einhelliges Großfamilien-Voting: ***** ( volle Punktzahl)

Best villa holiday ever

Our holiday in this villa was a real joy. We stayed two weeks .We have been renting villas for family holidays for some decades now and this villa is probably our best experience. We were 14 , two generations encompassing six adults and then eight of the younger generation from 2 to 20 years. The layout of the villa meant there was plenty of room for everyone to spread and relax, including a second sitting room , useful for the younger ones..The website photographs of the villa are a true presentation of how superb it is. In fact the photos don’t do the villa full justice in my opinion. The pool is excellent and comfortably accommodated all our clan who were busy swimmers. The gardens are beautifully kept and laid out with lovely plants and shrubs. Gorgeous when lit up at night . The terrace furnishing were top class , comfortable, functional and aesthetically simple in design. Dining table could easily accommodate all of us. Inside the villa I am glad to say the the decor and 'accessories' were excellent - of a very good to high standard. 'Acessories' refers to pretty well everything you could think of, cutlery , towels ( bathroom and poolside) bed linen , table ware , all appliances, Weber barbecue you name it, none could be faulted. For example, two fridge freezers and a wine cooler/ fridge - just what we needed for a group our size. We’re there any niggles? Remarkably, no. Being located in the countryside it is 20 minutes from a major supermarket and the beaches at Mandelieu , Theoules , with Cannes a bit further . We didn’t find this a problem and beaches were occasionally visited . Frankly there was little incentive to leave the villa . The very helpful villa manageress received us well . We engaged a femme de manage for some hours most days and she was excellent too. A couple of minor things went wrong ( loosened door handle and unfortunately we cracked a v nice vase) but the response of the owner was swift, generous and most understanding. Couldn’t have been better. We are all agreed that we would love to repeat his holiday . As I said above the vista is superb but it also gives a sense of spaciousness to the whole place which helps make it so relaxing . So our collective thanks to the owner who was so helpful and with her attention to detail concerning what the villa offered ensured that our holiday was such a a marvellous success .

Très très belle maison

La maison est super! On était 9 adules et 2 petits enfants. La répartition des chambres fait que chacun a un espace autonome, indépendant et le fait que tout le monde n'est pas dans le même rythme ne gène personne. Les vues des chambres et de la terrasse sont magiques. La maison est très belle en soi, hyper lumineuse comme attendue selon les photos. Très propre également. Le seul petit bémol qu'on pourrait donner à cet endroit d'exception c'est la distance des autres petites villes/villages qui demande un déplacement en voiture même pour les petits croissants du matin. Mais aucun regret; on y retournera avec plaisir! Merci

Amazing views and silence

Our second visit in this wonderful villa. We love the silence and the amazing view over Cannes. Big pool and lawn to play football. Super friendly host and English speaking local contact person. Everything is working and the villa is well equipped. Our best recommendations. Tina and family.

Fantastiskt hus med bästa läget

Vi bodde 3 familjer (14 personer) i detta härliga hus. Bor man 10-12 personer så är det mer lagom antal. Utsikten mot havet är enastående och huset i mycket bra skick över lag. En bit att åka upp till huset i bergen (10-15 min) men det är det värt för att få utsikten, lugnet och dessutom några grader svalare.

A fabulous villa with breathtaking views

Stayed with a group of friends and we had a perfect time! Besides the calm location with stunning views over the Cannes bay, the villa offers great social areas, a generous pool and a beautiful garden. The villa offers plenty of amenities such as a well equiped kitchen, air conditioning, a spacious TV room, table tennis, etc. Everything is in good quality and shape. It was very clean and the lady that welcomed us was very service oriented and friendly, offering services like cleaning, cooking, shopping etc. We can really recomend this villa!

Top of the world!

Overlooking the bay from Cannes to Theole sur Mer you feel like you're on top of the world! We stayed for 2 weeks and never got tired of waking up to the view, the coming and going of boats in the bay and the glistening lights at night time, even watched some firework displays, it was amazing! The property is excellent for children simply because of the pool and outside space, they can run around and let off steam in a safe environment, much better than staying in a hotel. The grounds contain shaded areas under trees for when the sun gets too hot and plenty of patio/sunbeds for soaking up those rays. Inside, the bedrooms are super comfortable thanks to air conditioning & nice beds. In the heat of the day it was also nice to venture downstairs to a big TV room at the rear of the house which was out the sun and nice and cool - we simply logged into Netflix and enjoyed films and TV shows as though we were at home on the huge TV. It's in a great location and all facilities were clean and functional, the local guardian also looked after any needs and requests very promptly. We would love to go back one day & that's the best compliment one could give!
