Property only has one bathroom

Arrived at this property to find that it only had one bathroom whereas listing stated it had two. Property manager was fortunately able to provide us with a different apartment with 2 bathrooms. Property manager helpful. Not able to give full review for this property as we did not stay in it. Had property been as described check in process would have been very smooth.

Perfect family apartment

I stayed at this apartment for 6 days with my teenage grandson. There is a beautiful coast line steps from the apt a perfect sunset. Wish I could share the pics I took. Easy parking and a 2 minute walk to a small grocery store and restaurant. We had a car and everything was easy to get to within 5-10 minutes to restaurant and beaches! The property was spotless and had all the things in the kitchen needed to cook a meal. The second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom and the air conditioning is in the first bedroom and living room. They cooled the place nicely. There is a fee for the air con remotes that VRBO doesn’t collect. Easy to communicate with property team. Neighborhood very quiet. Table outside if you want to be outside. Would definitely rent here again! Felt safe here!

Wir waren 10 Nächte im Casa Christiano und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir reisten mit unserem Hund Dasty an. Alle dort sind sehr Tierfreundlich. Sehr gute Restaurants sind ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso ein kleiner Sparladen mit einer tollen Auswahl. Jeden morgen frische Brötchen. Der Ausblick eine Gehminute zu den Klippen ans Meer ist umwerfend, besonders beim Sonnenuntergang. Der Gastgeber Herr Wittmann ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit, ebenso sein Mitarbeiter. Die Unterkunft war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten gemütlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt Strandschirme, Fön ect alles da. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nicht perfekt aber schön

Sehr nette Begrüßung und Objektübergabe. Soweit alles sehr sauber. Super Zwischenreinigung. Einrichtung sehr nett. Haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt Beim näheren Hinschauen …voller Staubsauger im Eingang, Bettzeug und Handtücher benötigen Update. ( Besucherritze) Bett krümelig und verschmutzt von Vorvermietung. Kunstblumendeko überaltert, Garten und Terrasse nicht wie auf Bildern versprochen. Garten ungepflegt

Hallo Marion, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Handtücher und Bettzeug wurden erneuert. Den Staubsauger haben die Reinigungskräfte wohl übersehen. Wenn Sie etwas gesagt hätten wäre sofort Abhilfe geschaffen worden. Wir haben an der Algarve Wasserknappheit, deshalb durften wir dieses Jahr die Gärten nicht gießen. Deshalb sah der Garten auch nicht so gut aus wie auf den Fotos. Inzwischen ist er wieder grün und der Gäsrtner war auch da. Viele Grüße aus der sonnigen Algarve, Harald Algarve Holidaycenter

Trés bon sejour

Problème de parking et voisinage ( propriété adaptée aux animaux mais ....voisins grincheux ne supportant pas les animaux. Je ne renouvèlerais pas la location malgré que Monsieur Harald est super gentil a l’écoute et toujours disponible.
