Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition.
