The house was big and beautiful. I wasn't sure to expect cause pics sometimes lie. But they were accurate. It was fully stocked in kitchen(pots, pans silverware, etc..) Bathrooms were too. They even had extra towels and linen. I had the master room. It was nice, I really enjoyed my stay here

The home and pool were amazing but the host did not take care of the issues we were having. The master bedroom would not cool down. We had it set on 72 and it would not get below 75 to 76. We contacted the host everyday and they said they would have this addressed right away. We heard that for three days. My husband had to go sleep in the other room.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and pool, but we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the temperature issue in the master bedroom. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience this throughout your stay, especially after contacting us multiple times. We take your concerns seriously and have shared the issue with our property management and maintenance teams for further review to help prevent this from happening to future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize that we did not provide the timely resolution you expected. - Casago team

Stayed for a short time but found the property comfortable and well appointed for what we needed. If we had stayed longer at this time of year I would recommend heating the pool.
