The property was amazing. Such a nice comfortable stay. The property was spotless. We enjoyed utilizing the clubhouse, tennis and golf and indoor pool amenities as well ( extra fee). Close distance to Bethany beach as well as many restaurants and things to do. I would definately recommend for a nice family vacation.

The neighborhood and the home itself were very nice. However, read the fine print! None of the neighborhood amenities are included without an additional per person weekly fee that is quite significant. Additionally, our linens were in a laundry bag and we were expected to make our own beds upon arrival. I’m fairly certain all communication occurred through an AI chat agent and the listed number I tried to call led me to someone who no longer worked for the property. The pool next to the house is for owners only and again, you have to pay a significant fee to use the community pool.
