Horrible customer service
Awful experience all around. The key code provided didn’t work when I got there. Thankfully the neighbors are good people and helped out. Otherwise, I would have been sleeping on the street. There were ants in the shower when I got there. No hand soap for the bathroom. Gross! They want you to wash all dishes but provide no dish soap or washer tablets. I had to buy my own. They did at least provide two cans of Raid to kill the ants and cockroaches meandering about. Only problem was both cans are empty. And the worst part is the wi-fi network they provided doesn’t even exist, not at that location anyway. I called Novotel to get the password. The lady took forever to find my booking because none of their correspondence had my booking number listed. Luckily it was in my records although somehow I was one number off so she still couldn’t find it. She finally puts a work order in for me and the next day I get an email linking me back to…wait for it…the nonexistent wi-fi network. I had to use my own data the entire stay. I will never use Novotel again.
