It is only 10 metres from the beach.<br><br>The living area of this holiday apartment features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system with a CD player. The floor in the living area of the entire holiday rental is covered with designer flooring. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can relax wonderfully after a day at the beach.<br><br>The kitchen, integrated into the living area, features a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment has a tiled shower room with a window.<br><br>The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the adjoining guest house (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor seating area and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.<br><br><br>Holiday Rentals at the Strandvilla Krabbe<br><br><br>During the renovation, six holiday rentals were created in the Strandvilla itself and a total of eight in its extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of the apartments have a lake view or face the lake.
