The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM) •Checkout time is 10 AM. •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Pets •No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking • You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.
Property Disclosures: We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, and backyard which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
