Holiday Rental No. 34 is a 3-room apartment in the Likedeeler complex and can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby.

The spacious, 75 m² apartment spans two levels and features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, and a west-facing balcony. The beach is just 70 metres away.

The holiday rental is equipped with high-quality amenities. The living room is located on the lower level, which is fully tiled. Here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system. A double sleeper sofa (130 x 190 cm) provides a comfortable place to sleep. From the living area, you have access to the furnished sun terrace. Vertical blinds on the windows provide privacy and light control.

The tiled kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The cosy dining area is located near the kitchenette.

You can reach the upper level via a spiral staircase. Here you’ll find two bedrooms with carpeted floors. In the first bedroom, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. A second flat-screen TV is also available here. The second bedroom features a bed (140 x 200 cm), as well as a travel cot and a closet with a built-in desk. You’ll find a flat-screen TV here as well. For entertainment, you’ll have access to various CDs, DVDs, board games, and some games for the little ones. You have access to a tiled bathroom on the upper level and a guest bathroom on the lower level.

The apartment includes an underground parking space where you can also safely store any bicycles you bring along. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (shared use) are also available.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heat. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds).


Resort:

The Likedeeler holiday resort is located on Ostseeallee in the centre of Boltenhagen. It’s about 70 metres to the beach. Popular restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments.
Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
You can safely park your car in the building’s underground garage (maximum vehicle height 2.0 metres). From there, you can easily take the lift to your floor.

The Likedeeler holiday complex features modern architecture and is conveniently equipped with an lift. The individually and lovingly furnished holiday apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand.
All holiday apartments feature a living-dining area, a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement.
You’ll find a bike storage room in the underground car park for your bicycles.
