Your holiday rental 14 at Villa Augusta is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

The 86 m² duplex holiday apartment on the 2nd floor features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a southwest-facing balcony. It’s just 200 m from the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach.

On the lower level, you’ll find a tiled bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A children’s toilet seat has been installed for the little ones. A towel radiator provides cosy warmth.

The comfortably furnished living room, which has vinyl flooring, features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The box-spring sofa (sleeping area approx. 160 x 200 cm) can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area for 2 people if needed. Curtains provide privacy and sun protection. The windows are also equipped with pleated blinds. The spacious balcony is furnished with patio furniture and invites you to relax.

The kitchenette features, among other things, a 4-burner stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom on the lower level also has vinyl flooring and features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. Pleated blinds and curtains are installed here as well.

On the upper level, there is a bathroom with a tub, sink, and toilet—a child-sized toilet seat has also been provided here.

There is also a cosy sitting area here, as well as the second bedroom with two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). You’ll also find the second TV in this bedroom.

The upper level is also floored with high-quality Parador vinyl.

For guests with children, we have installed safety covers on all accessible electrical sockets. We provide children’s books, toys, a high chair, and a travel cot with a mattress (bedding not included). Board games, a hair dryer, and a nightlight are also available on-site.

Villa Augusta is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. Restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping area is just a 10-minute walk away.

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available on the property.

Private parking is also available at the house.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Villa Augusta is located in a very central location, right on Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen. It’s the ideal starting point for your Boltenhagen holiday, with easy access to all amenities in the centre. The fine sandy beach is also just 200 metres away.

Villa Augusta has a total of 14 apartments, some of which are available for holiday rentals. The two- and three-bedroom apartments at Villa Augusta, which accommodate five to six people, are comfortable and individually furnished, and each offers an additional space for relaxation on its own balcony or terrace. Some of the three-room apartments are spread over two floors. All apartments feature a spacious living-dining area, either with an integrated kitchenette or a separate kitchen.
In keeping with Villa Augusta’s central location, small shops are located on the ground floor of the building.
