Nestled in a wooded area with mature trees, this holiday village offers peaceful tranquility and idyllic walking trails. The beach is only about 350 m away, and the centre of Boltenhagen and nearby shopping options are about a 10-minute walk away. Here, in a quiet, out-of-the-way location, you’ll find Holiday Home No. 61b.

It spans two levels and, with approximately 54 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The southeast-facing terrace and two sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun. Modern patio furniture lets you enjoy breakfast outdoors first thing in the morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day on holiday!

The ground floor of this middle unit in a row of houses features a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a combined living/dining room with a cosy couch, a fireplace, and an additional dining area. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and plenty of books and games. The fireplace, integrated into the living area, creates a cosy atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the patio, which offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, egg cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishes for four people. The shower room also features a washing machine.

The stairs in the hallway lead you to the upper floor of the holiday home, where the two bedrooms are located. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed
(2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet for your clothes. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). A high chair for children completes this holiday home.

The floors in this holiday home are covered with laminate or tile. The windows are fitted with curtains and blinds. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are also not allowed.

The Urlauberdorf holiday complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping facilities are only about 200 m away. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex includes a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandpit, ping-pong table, football field, and benches for adults. Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The holiday village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 metres.

Children are very welcome at the holiday village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandpit, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a table tennis table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Holiday Homes in the Holiday Village:

Built in 1997, the holiday village offers spacious accommodation for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest bathroom. In nearly all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
