Penthouse-style apartment with a view of the water

The second-floor penthouse measures 155 square metres and offers a unique view of the Altmühl Valley. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The spacious covered rooftop terrace features comfortable balcony furniture. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. A sleeper sofa is available for the ninth guest. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The other bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. The living room features a large, solid-wood dining table that seats up to 8 people, a genuine leather sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and tea towels. The kitchen also features a smaller dining table with 4 chairs. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or upon request). Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via the key safe. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person per day is not included and will be charged separately on-site.
