Our only complaint would be the teflon pans were scratched up, but we are picky about our pans.Everything else was great. Enjoyed location and elk/deer viewing every morning and evening during our stay in October. Golf course was best viewing.

Perfect location for hiking at RMNP. Great location just outside of town, so nice and quiet. 1 mile to the lake for morning jogs. This was perfect for the 3 of us!!
