This 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for your family or group to escape to Scottsdale. Inside, is a superb mix of comfort with one king bed, two queen beds, 3 twin beds, plus a cozy living room featuring a sofa bed. The two bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy excellent climate control with heating and AC throughout the space. Heated pool, hot tub, pool floats, water guns included. Washer and dryer, outdoor patio and gas BBQ grill. Whether relaxing indoors or dining outside, this tremendous townhome offers a welcoming retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Lock the doors

Check out time is 10am. Take out kitchen trash. Leave used beds unmade. Run the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes in there. Clear out fridge of any opened food or beverage.

For $30 late check out at 11:00 a.m. is sometimes available please ask me first.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was an easy check in process. Good communication with owner. The place itself could use some updating. Living room furniture was quite uncomfortable.
