Holiday Home SONNENWEG 15<br>We were just warmly welcomed by the owner of the “Sonnenweg 15” holiday home. <br>She is delighted—and a little proud—to present this newly built and freshly furnished home. <br>In the spacious entryway, the high quality of the materials and furnishings immediately catches the eye; this sense of style carries through the entire property with a confident, distinctive flair. <br>On the same level as the entryway is a guest bathroom with a shower, which instantly evokes the feeling of a wellness oasis. Straight ahead, the wide glass door opens up to the living/dining area with an adjoining terrace. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view sweeps far across the North Hessian hills all the way down to Lake Diemel. Amazing(!), this view of the clouds, which are constantly shifting in the wind and let your thoughts wander. Welcome to your holiday! <br>The air smells of coffee. The owner has brought cake from her favourite bakery. Delicious! <br>From the dining table, we ponder which spot offers the best view and when it will finally stop raining so we can sit out on the wonderful terrace. This is where life happens. Board games are ready and waiting, as are a large flat-screen TV, a top-of-the-line stereo system, and the super-comfortable sofa set. My favourite spot would probably be the armchair that swivels in all directions. Glancing towards the kitchen area, the question arises: Tassimo for a quick coffee fix in between meals, or would you prefer filter coffee? Either way, both are possible here. Needless to say, the kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and accessory to prepare culinary delights both big and small. By the way, in the centre of the room, the owner has placed a custom-designed electric fireplace that looks deceptively real and creates a cosy atmosphere at the touch of a button. <br>Now it’s time to quickly grab the camera gear from the car, which, luckily, is parked right outside the door. The parking space belongs to the property and is normally reserved for holiday guests only. Of course, you can also arrive by bike. A lockable bike shed will soon be available for that purpose. <br>Back through the entryway, we now head down a flight of stairs. Wow(!)—they’ve even thought of a stair gate for the little holidaymakers. Speaking of little guests… a washing machine, dryer, a fold-out changing table, a high chair, and a travel cot are all available for a true family holiday. But first, let’s take a look at the bathroom… sauna, bathtub, rain shower, and Kneipp hose. Superbly thought out and designed with great attention to detail. There’s even a built-in radio. And the bedrooms? There are three of them. Each features a wonderful box-spring bed in firmness levels H2 and H3, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake, a TV, and a large closet for your holiday wardrobe. <br>Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family! <br>This property is perfectly equipped for wonderfully relaxing holiday days and a short break from everyday life.
