Super Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist top. Modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief entspannt und freundlich, ebenso Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung. In der Nähe gibt es für Kinder und Erwachsene viele Angebote. Wenn Harz, dann Wernigerode und diese Wohnung.

Eine Wohlfühlwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Wernigerode sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, was man an vielen kleinen Details erkennen kann. Und wenn morgens um 9 Uhr passend zum Frühstück die Dampflok am Haus vorbeifuhr, war das immer ein Highlight (auch, wenn wir eigentlich keine Eisenbahn-Fans sind). Die zentrale Lage der ehemaligen Malzmühle und die großzügige Wohnung ermöglichen einen vielseitigen und zugleich erholsamen Urlaub. Wir werden wohl nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub
Ich kann diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit hochwertigen Möbeln eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung hergerichtet. Die Lage ist klasse, nach nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Stadt. Ich war mit meinem kleinen Sohn da und er hat die vielen kleinen versteckten Dekoelemente geliebt. Das Bad ist großzügig gestaltet.
Aus dem Wohnzimmer und Masterbedroom sieht man mehrmals am Tag die Dampflok vorbei fahren, ohne sich gestört zu fühlen. Trotz der direkten Lage an der Straße, ist der Verkehrslärm , bedingt durch die hochwertigen Fenster kaum zu hören.
Die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und stets freundlich.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekt für den Urlaub im Harz
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der alten Malzmühle direkt vor den Toren der Altstadt von Wernigerode. Der Marktplatz ist fußläufig in 3min erreichbar und damit auch Bäcker, Restaurants etc.
Charmanterweise fährt die Schmalspurdampfbahn direkt am Grundstück vorbei, für kleine und große Technikfans ein echtes Highlight.
Die Wohnung ist enorm liebevoll mit vielen Details gestaltet wie man es nur sehr selten findet, die Fotos untertreiben da eher noch.
Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die Region perfekt geeignet, man darf jedoch wegen der nahen Straße keine völlige Abgeschiedenheit im Wald erwarten.
Für uns ein echtes Erlebnis und eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.

Große und schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft ist gut in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Es gibt Parkplätze vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
