In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer holiday apartments of various sizes as your holiday home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a high-quality, 2021-renovated holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This exclusive 2-room “Seedüne” holiday apartment, approximately 35 square metres in size, can accommodate up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor (top floor). The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Adjacent to it is the sunny rooftop terrace (separated from the “Seesicht” holiday apartment by a partition wall and accessible only through a very low doorway). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers.
Right next door, the “Seesicht” holiday apartment is available for 2 people, making it ideal for couples who are friends or acquaintances.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dishes, and a shower mat).

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
