The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table for gathering and sharing meals together.

The primary bedroom is filled with natural light and features a king bed, flat screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Several issues and poor communication with leasing agency. The floors were dirty from the get-go, more so than you'd expect just from being a beach property. The door to the balcony is broken and hard to open and close, even the young men in our party struggled with it.The welcome packet provided a number to text or call yet they did not respond to texts at all. They failed to provide wifi details, the TV in the living room wouldn't connect to anything even though it had directv attached and several outlets had at least one plug that did not work at all. We even verified it wasn't due to light switches being tied to outlets. The washing machine has mildew. The ice machine wouldnt dispense ice. Listing states the PROPERTY is non-smoking but the signs around the complex state only inside is non-smoking so when you sit on the balcony you get to smell others smoking.The door code stopped working over an hour before checkout and the cleaning crew showed up around an hour before checkout as well trying to come clean despite us stating we would definitely not be out until right on time due to having an elderly member in our party since late checkout wasn't an option.

I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address each item: deep-clean and repair flooring as needed; service or replace the balcony door; review after-hours communication and ensure Wi‑Fi/TV instructions are provided; inspect outlets, the washer, and ice machine; clarify property vs. complex smoking signage; and review key-code procedures and cleaner scheduling so early arrivals don’t happen again.
