Hand built by us from the ground up, this custom built 3-bedroom, 2-full bath retreat was designed with intention, comfort, and adventure in mind. Overlooking the north end of Lake Gogebic, it features a lake-view balcony, all modern amenities, Heated pull-through snowmobile garage, a dock, fire pit, full RV hookup (summer only), ample parking, and an EV charger. Snowmobile Trail head access less than a 1/4 mile away! UTV trailhead access in town of Bergland about 2 miles away. Whether you're here to ride, fish, boat, ski, or just unwind, this home is your basecamp for all seasons in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
*Please note: There are stairs located directly off the main kitchen/living area. Guests may not install baby gates or attach anything to walls, railings, door frames, drawers, or cabinets that could cause damage or alter the original structure. The house sits on top a hill, offering beautiful views of the lake. Please use the designated trail to access the lake at all times.
