Beautiful one bedroom condo located across the street from Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of Lakes Region Condo is fully furnished with a fully supplied kitchen Located 12 minutes to Gunstock Resort and 5 minutes to Weirs Beach. We are just around the corner from Dunkins, 3 grocery stores, TJMaxx, Homegoods, Walmart and several restaurants. There is also a fabulous on-site restaurant as well as an in-ground pool.
Bank of NH Pavilion 2 miles away.

Plenty of free parking and extra space for trailer parking.

Great WIFI in the building!

Smart TV only.

Two great restaurant on-site!

Pool is open June 1 - October 1.

There is no sofa bed in the unit.
