We had a very nice stay, Enrico was very helpful! I would highly recommend using the water taxi service upon arrival; costs about 110 euros as pulling suitcases to this loft would seem quite difficult. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and thought it was lovely to sit along canal!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and its location right on the canal made our time in Venice even more special. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out so we could make the most of our time exploring the city. That extra level of hospitality was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Five stars!

This was our second time staying here. We love the dock and the space. It's nice to stay in a quieter, more residential neighborhood. The host, Enrico, is very kind and very helpful with storing luggage after checkout and coordinating water taxis.

Beautiful Venice apartment on the canal!! We were so happy with the apartment. It was immaculate. The bathrooms were so clean, the beds so comfortable and the view from outside the loft door to thr canal was spectacular! We are out on the deck every morning. What a wonderful time we had staying there.

Great apartment and excellent host. He was so helpful and attentive to all our needs and questions. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommend! Only comment would be to get better towels and bed linens they were a bit scratchy.

Great Rental

We loved the location and being right on the canal. The host was very helpful with our arrival and even arranged a water taxi to the airport when we left. We also loved having the balcony to sit on and keep the doors open to enjoy the nice weather and view.

Wonderful Experience

Host was extremely prompt and helpful with all inquiries and even arranged water taxi services for an added benefit! Outdoor deck right on the canal was amazing for relaxation in the evenings. Highly recommend this property!
