Located in a building with a lift, it offers bright spaces with living room and kitchen in a single airy space. It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, guaranteeing comfort and privacy in the authentic heart of Venice. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
