DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, THERE MAY BE CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION SITE ACTIVITY ON WEEKDAYS—ESPECIALLY DURING THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF CONSTRUCTION (EARTHWORK AND STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION).
THERE ARE GENERALLY NO RESTRICTIONS ON STAYING IN THE APARTMENT; HOWEVER, DEPENDING ON THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, THERE MAY BE TEMPORARY NOISE DISRUPTIONS.

Apartment 12, with its bright and welcoming design, awaits you in the historic Villa Frohsinn.
Although located very centrally in Bansin and close to the beach, the holiday apartment is situated in a quiet spot at the rear of the villa. Between the houses, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea and wind down the evening on one of the two balconies.
The cosy living and dining area, with its light-colored walls and real wood parquet flooring, invites you to enjoy a relaxing get-together thanks to the comfortable couch and a dining area that seats up to four people.
Cook your own meals in the well-equipped open kitchen, plan a picnic on the beach, or treat yourself to a meal at one of the nearby restaurants.
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (180x200), so you can start each new day of your holiday feeling well-rested and refreshed.
The sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into a full-size bed (150x200) for a third and fourth guest.
Free Wi-Fi access and a parking space directly behind the villa round out the amenities of the holiday rental.
Use of the sauna and spa facilities at the Kaiser Spa Hotel Zur Post is included in the price for two people. If the spa is closed, there is no entitlement to a substitute.
