A soapstone fireplace and comfortable leather sofas invite you to relax after a day of fishing or swimming!<br><br>Whether it’s a leisurely shopping trip or action-packed adventures with the whole family, there’s something for everyone here—for holidaymakers of all ages!<br><br>The holiday home features two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed); there is also an additional bedroom with two single beds and a small seating area on the loft in the attic, which is separated from the living area below by a glass wall. All sleeping areas are equipped with fly screens.<br><br>Furthermore, a travel cot for children can be provided upon request (for a fee at the front desk—please reserve in advance), so that a baby or toddler can be accommodated without any problems.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves little to be desired (4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and much more).<br><br>The living/lounge area, featuring a flat-screen TV with satellite and a radio, invites you to read and relax on two comfortable leather sofas and an armchair arranged around a soapstone fireplace. From there, you step directly onto your terrace and the open lawn beyond. A patio umbrella and patio furniture with cushions are provided.<br><br>Dining is available in the shared living/dining area, which seats 6 people.<br><br>The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet, and is equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. The bathroom is also securely screened against mosquitoes!<br><br>The house is part of a small holiday home complex in Userin. The complex consists of 32 Swedish-style log cabins situated on Lake Userin. <br><br>The lake is approximately 5 km long and is one of the Havel Lakes in the Müritz National Park. The Havel River flows through the lake and serves as a waterway connecting Userin with Berlin. Nothing stands in the way of a boat trip!<br><br>If you’d rather swim and soak up the sun, take advantage of the great sandy beach, which is just 200 metres from the house.<br><br>Cycling and hiking tours through the beautiful natural surroundings are also popular leisure activities here!<br><br>The house is located right next to Lake Userin (200 metres to the beach).
