The Space:

Casa Zpada features five private bedrooms spread across upper and lower levels, allowing for privacy within your group. The heart of the house is the mid-level, where you’ll find a shared pool and lounge space perfect for gathering. Up top, the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views and is great for workouts, reading, or simply watching the sunset. With rustic textures, natural light, and laid-back coastal charm, the home is designed for both rest and connection.



Guest Access:

As a full-house rental, you’ll have exclusive access to all five bedrooms, the central pool, rooftop terrace, and the entire multi-level layout of the property. On-site parking for cars and motorcycles is included.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Zpada is located in La Barra, a quiet and more remote area of Puerto Escondido surrounded by nature. It’s peaceful and secluded, offering true privacy while still being just a 10-minute drive from La Punta, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and surf spots.



Getting Around:

La Barra is not a walkable area, so a motor vehicle is necessary. Taxis, scooters, or rental cars are easy to arrange. Parking is available inside the property for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

The house’s multi-level design enhances views and privacy, but also involves stairs. It’s ideal for guests who appreciate peace, space, and a connection to the surrounding nature. Please note that Casa Zpada is rented exclusively as a full unit—it’s not a shared accommodation.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy a private, self-managed stay with remote support available whenever needed. Housekeeping is available upon request and takes place between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM. We’ll respect your space while being here to help as needed.
