Pros: As this was the first time I had booked accommodation via a holiday web site I was hesitant about things but from the instant I made the initial enquiries the service provided by Helen could not have been better. Her replies to my questions were instant which means a lot when trying to decide were to stay and without a doubt it was because of this I proceeded with the booking. On arrival everything was as promised and the apartment was exactly as per the advertisement. To anyone thinking of booking an apartment owned by Helen I would urge you go for it, you won't get a better service.
