Home Truths:

All guests must complete an HOA application and receive approval prior to arrival. The approval process may take up to 14 days (varies per property). Failure to complete the HOA application or obtain approval may be subject to cancellation.

The pool can be heated for an additional $400 per week.

A kayak is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for using it safely and at their own discretion.

There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Firewood is stored outdoors under the circular covered area on the patio.

The hot tub is located adjacent to the pool in the rear yard and does not require an additional heating fee.

The property features rear steps leading directly to a private sandy beach on Sag Harbor. Guests should use caution when accessing the beach, especially at night or during inclement weather.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
