Just like a hotel, please leave our space the way it's found. We will expect no damages of the property from you, or guests will be responsible for any damages or excess cleaning.

Please NO SHOES inside the apartment. This is very important to us. NO SMOKING or drugs of any kind, on or near the premise. No pets or parties.
