Mo's property was ultraclean, quiet but close to the University of Washington, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area was roomy and bright. We definitely will book again next time we are in Seattle.

Mo was so helpful and welcoming! The apartment is in walking distance to the university district and is right next to a fabulous walking trail. Great host and apartment.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very convenient location for us. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to be close to UW Children’s Hospital. It was so nice to relax outside in the garden area. Definitely felt safe staying there. Motion lights come on immediately when walking the path to the property at night. It was clean. Loved the toilet bidet!! Has all kitchen appliances that anyone would need for a short or extended stay. The temperature was very comfortable.The host was responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Thank you Mo for hosting us for almost 3 weeks.

The place was super clean and cute! The thing that stood out to me the most was all of the updated appliances and electronics! The garden had beautiful flowers blooming as you walked into and out of the apartment. Great location, plenty of parking, safe area. I would recommend and stay again!

We arrived late but the walk way but the lights automatically came on so we could see very well. Back light was on when arrived. The basement was very cool all weekend no need to turn on the air conditioner. Has everything needed to cook or make drinks at location, well stocked kitchen. But we had all of our meals planned out, due visiting with daughter and son in law and there for engagement party for son and future daughter in law. Even snacks provided. Lovely outdoor space also didn’t have chance to use due short busy weekend. Thank you for wonderful stay will definitely keep in mind if need for future stays, close to son. Thanks again ps I also loved the heated toilet seat.
