We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our cozy abode! Please feel free to bring MAX 2 dogs along on your mountain adventures. To ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you manage your pet responsibly and clean up after them. Please note there is an ADDITIONAL pet fee of $500 (per pet), so please add your pet when booking. In the event a pet is brought on the property without approval, this will result in a $750 fine.

★ BEARS & WILDLIFE OF THE SMOKIES ★
In this enchanting natural haven, we're graced by the presence of wildlife, including our adorable but curious bear neighbors. To maintain harmony, please refrain from leaving trash outside, as it can invite unwanted guests who might inadvertently create a mess. Please place all trash in the bear proof trash cans located on the front porch opposite of the front door. Also, a little tip: keep car windows closed to avoid surprises during your scenic drives.

★INCLEMENT WEATHER IN THE MOUNTAINS★
Please note that during the winter months, the weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and we occasionally experience inclement weather. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we recommend guests to have an all-wheel-drive vehicle. The picturesque landscape offers a serene escape, but winter conditions may require extra caution. Having all-wheel drive will enhance your ability to navigate the winding mountain roads, especially in snowy or icy conditions.

Being surrounded by trees and the beauty of the outdoors means occasional visits from nature’s tiniest guests. Ladybugs and other small insects may sometimes find their way inside—especially during seasonal changes. While we take every precaution to keep the home sealed and clean, these friendly reminders of nature are part of the cabin-in-the-woods experience.

To preserve the pristine charm of our stylish carpets, we kindly ask that you leave your adventurous traces outside by removing your shoes upon entering. It helps keep our interiors fresh and inviting for everyone.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
