Our holiday rental in “Villa Mönchgut” offers you a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway for two.

Bright rooms and cosy furnishings create a very welcoming atmosphere. The apartment features a living room with a sofa area and TV, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave), and a very well-maintained bathroom with a shower.

You can truly unwind on the beautiful balcony of our holiday rental in Binz! From here, you can already see the adjacent Granitz beech forest!

The holiday rental offers free Wi-Fi—at no extra charge, of course.

You can conveniently store your bicycles in the building’s dedicated bike storage room. The car park, located just a few metres from the house, offers ample parking even for larger cars.

“Villa Mönchgut” on Rügen was built in 2000 in the traditional Binz resort style and is part of the “Parkresidenz am Klünderberg” complex. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Granitz, you can take wonderful walks or hikes through the beech forest from here!

The white sandy beach, the pier, and shopping options in the idyllic centre of Binz are about a 17-minute walk away. Strolling past the impressive villas or enjoying a cappuccino on the promenade while watching the island life go by is a wonderful holiday experience!

Our modern holiday apartments in “Villa Mönchgut” feature high-quality amenities and charming, furnished balconies or terraces. A locked storage building is available for bicycles. The car park, located just a few metres from the house, offers ample parking even for larger cars.
