Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit guter Raumaufteilung und schöner Sauna. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft mit 2 müden Kleinkindern total ausgekühlt 14,5 Grad. Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme des Kaminofens wären hier hilfreich gewesen. Auch der Versuch am nächsten Tag schlug fehl. Küche: Die Bratpfannen mit zerkratzter Beschichtung sollten erneuert werden. Die Griffe der Töpfe werden glühend heiß !! Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm auch Dank des schönen Wetters. Der kleine Spielplatz vor dem Haus ist praktisch. Nebenkosten für Energie und Kurtaxe werden extra berchnet.

Die Inbetriebnahme des Kamins ist in der Infomappe unseres Hauses explizit erklärt. Des Weiteren hat uns der Gast diesbzgl. auch nicht direkt kontaktiert ebenso wenig auch nicht am nächsten Tag, wir wären direkt gerne behilflich gewesen. Der Hinweis der Energiekosten ist vor der Buchung ersichtlich.

Geschmackvolles Haus

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Wohnsiedlung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider haben wir mit dem Wetter Pech gehabt, uns aber trotzdem dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Haus wunderschön, Kommunikation mit Eigentümer unterirdisch

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es nach dem Aufenthalt mit der Vermieterin Unstimmigkeiten. Wir haben festgestellt, dass die Kaffeemaschine voller altem verschimmeltem Kaffeepulver war (leider nach dem ersten Kaffee) und wir erst einmal richtig reinigen mussten, das war richtig eklig. Sie darauf angesprochen…keine Reaktion. Für 120€ Endreinigung für 3 Nächte darf schon erwarten, dass alles sauber ist. Daraufhin wurden beschuldigt ohne Bettwäsche die Betten genutzt zu haben und alles gewaschen werden musste. Allein der Gedanke ist absurd und einfach nur eine Unterstellung. Die Energieabrechnung (Anfangsstand – Endstand) wurde uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, wir bekamen nur gesagt, was wir zu zahlen haben. Kein Nachweis über den Verbrauch, das kann man glauben, muss man nicht. Wir haben es bezahlt, aber aus diesen Gründen (Schimmel und nicht transparente Abrechnung) werden wir hier nicht mehr buchen und können dies leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Entspannte Woche in schönem Haus

Das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus groß und geräumig. Die gesamte Anlage ist nicht mehr ganz neu dafür aber ist die Vegetation schön. Es ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sauber und alles wird einem im Vorhinein erklärt, nur die Betten waren uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist individuell verschieden. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche.

Auszeit

Wir waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu bemängeln war nur das der Kamin nicht funktionierte und ein Geschirrspültap für drei Tage mit fünf Personen etwas wenig ist. Trotzdem würden wir die Unterbringen jederzeit wieder aufsuchen und weiterempfehlen.

Leider hat der Gast uns nichts über den Kamin mitgeteilt, der bis jetzt einwandfrei funktionierte, vielleicht lag auch eine Falschbedienung vor und dass ein Spülmaschinentab vorhanden war, denken wir, ist der Rede nicht wert.

Erholsame Tage in schönem Haus!

Das Ferienhaus steht in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Terrasse des Hauses mit perfekter Sonnenlage. Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses perfekt! Für uns hat alles gepasst - gemütlich! Matratzen der Betten recht weich - für eine Woche aber erträglich! :-)

Sehr schöne Villa aber Kommunikation mit den Inhabern nicht gut

Hallo, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es nur wegen der Kommunikation mit den Inhabern. Diese haben leider nicht geantwortet auf manche Fragen und teilweise auch zu spät. Ansonsten super.

Die Kommunikation war vor der Anreise gut und auch zeitnah. Der Gast blieb nur für eine Nacht. Er hat mich nachts um 02:59 Uhr per whatsapp angeschrieben, wann check out ist, was ich ihm direkt bei Buchung in den Infos schon mitgeteilt hatte. Dass ich um diese Uhrzeit, wenn man schläft, nicht geantwortet habe, ist wohl verständlich.

Dicht bij het strand, heel leuk huis met een ruime sauna en twee badkamers waarvan een met bad en zonnedouche + infrarood. Ruime woonkamer met een gaskachel en met open keuken en alles erop en eraan. Geweldig genoten!

Es hat alles gestimmt!

Ein wundervolles Haus, in dem es an NICHTS fehlt. Zum Wohlfühlen pur. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, an alles gedacht. unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin, die immer sofort erreichbar war und sofort bei Problemen geholfen hat. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage, nicht weit von den weitläufigen Sandstränden. Man hat von hier aus viele Möglichkeiten, Dinge zu unternehmen. Absolut Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Haus, nun schon zum 2. mal dort Urlaub verbracht.

Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis hin zur Ausstattung des Objektes passte alles top. Wetter war entsprechend der Jahreszeit und wir haben jeden Tag genossen.
