Ocean Front Break

Perfect location, ocean front with easy beach access. Apartment had all the amenities, comfortable bed, quiet building, close to coffee shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great location

It's a great place and location. Lots of restaurants on Mission Blvd. close to La Jolla, downtown San Diego, SeaWorld and Belmont Park. Really enjoyed the stay.

Pacific Beach - Ocean Front

Great great location - walk out the front door to the beach path, close to great restaurants, and not too far to get into downtown San Diego easily. Worked great for our visit, secure/reserved parking, and was very clean. Hope to return for another visit.

Wonderful in everything

The sound of the ocean was so nice at the condo. We walked the path along the ocean every day. Many restaurants within walking distance, pretty close to the 5. A wonderful place to stay.

Perfect Place in PB

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this condo in Pacific Beach. It was wonderful. Superb location with perfect views of land and sea! Clean and comfortable with a designated parking spot, we loved it here. Tom, the owner does a wonderful job of communicating and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Hope to make a return visit!

Winter Escape

Spent a week in San Diego to escape the Midwest January cold. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of little details like plenty of hooks, hangers, well stocked kitchen made it comfortable stay. Lovely view of the boardwalk and surfers from the living room window!

Location, Location, Location, Great Stay

This is our 3rd time staying at this unit (6th time at this complex). It has a great view of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier, very clean, easy access to beach, boardwalk, stores, restaurants and underground parking. There are lots of towels and supplies (paper towels, tissues, TP, soap, beach chairs, bikes). Mr. Tippetts is easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Amazing views /felt at home

Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thomas was quick to reply and communication was easy. Views were great , the bed was comfy and the property was thoughtfully stocked with everything one might want for a beach vacation. Chairs , umbrellas , boogie boards etc…. Even had a few paperback books to read on the beach. Truly felt at home. The futon was comfy as well. We slept in the living room a few nights with the window open to hear the waves. Our stay was better than we imagined and left feeling rested and refreshed. We will definitely stay again.

Beach Front Beauty

Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Location!

Overlooking Pacific Beach, the location of Tom's condo couldn't be in a better location for sun and surf in San Diego! The unit is modest, but perfect for 2 and well stocked with all the basics some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but, hey, it's a beachfront property with a great view and ocean breezes. It's appropriately priced.
