We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Awesome location! Steps from the beach, and short ride to excellent restaurants! Very clean, and has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to upgrade shower towels/wash cloths. Would definitely rent again!

Great location.

Property is nice. The condo needs work on the floors which are badly damaged in a few rooms, but everything else was good. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well supplied.

Kitchen needed new set of skillets. The pull out sofa needs replaced the bed is very thin. The view is beautiful and I would stay there again.

Great place and location

Will be coming back soon. Only thing, we did not sleep good. The bed seemed hard and the plastic cover was uncomfortable and hot. But everything else was great.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!

We loved our stay in this clean, comfortable condo. The view is spectacular, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are nice too. There were two little things that could be better… there were no outlets by the nightstands for devices, and no extension cords. I brought my own so it worked out. Also, it would be nice to have a stainless steel skillet. The coated skillets were worn and I am careful about nom-stick coating as it can get in the food. We plan to stay again next year!

This is my sixth stay at Latitude 29, all in different units. Unfortunately this unit was not up to my expectations based on previous experience here. The kitchen was not well equipped. Plenty of silverware, dishes and plates. Kitchen sheers would have been a plus. No covered bowls for leftovers. The paper towel holder was in 3 pieces. All these could be easily acquired at Dollar Store. Paper goods provided were super cheap - single ply TP. Garbage bag was very thin and tore. Not suitable for kitchen can but fine for bathroom use. We were never able to open sliding glass door, even with much fiddling. Front door caught our heels numerous times, it was a slam shut each time. The bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. Air was easy to operate. This being said, overall this is not a unit we would specifically choose again based on prior experiences here.
