Whether you're planning a ski trip, a summer escape, or simply looking to relax among the pines, this inviting two-story condo provides everything you need for a memorable Tahoe getaway.



Step inside to discover a bright, open living space featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and peaceful forest views. After a day on the slopes or trails, settle into the comfortable sectional sofa, warm up by the fireplace, or stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV using your personal streaming accounts.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, from quick breakfasts before hitting the mountain to relaxing dinners with family and friends. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, while the open layout keeps everyone connected throughout the day. If you're working remotely or checking in on schoolwork, a dedicated workspace provides a quiet place to stay productive.



Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully updated with new furnishings to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, while the second bedroom includes extra-long twin beds that are ideal for both children and adults.



Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening from either of the home's two private balconies, where you'll be surrounded by towering pines and the peaceful mountain setting that makes Northstar such a special destination.



As a guest, you'll also have access to the Northstar Recreation Center, where amenities include tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, seasonal lap pool, and picnic and barbecue areas set alongside a beautiful mountain creek. A daily recreation fee applies and is paid directly to the Recreation Center upon entry.



Located just a short complimentary shuttle ride from Northstar California Resort, you'll have convenient access to skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, shopping, dining, and year-round events in the Village. Northstar Golf Course is less than two miles away, while Historic Downtown Truckee is only a short drive, offering local restaurants, boutiques, breweries, and community events throughout the year.
