The Space:

Experience the wonders of the Oregon Coast from this three-bedroom, Seaside charmer. Just a short walk from the beach, this home also offers easy access to hiking, golf, amusements, and attractions.



Featuring a split-level design, the home's two-story layout features a main floor devoted to household living, and partial ocean-view bedrooms upstairs. An unfinished basement houses the private washer/dryer.



Spread out while enjoying time together in the living room, equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV, plush sectional sofa, dedicated desks, and a children's drawing table. A small gas stove adds cozy ambiance and warmth for chilly seasons. Over in the family room, enjoy casual conversation around the gas fireplace or let the musician in the group entertain on the electric piano. The sparkling kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring gorgeous counters and high-end Viking appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. An eat-in nook offers seating for four and full meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the table set for eight.



Make the most of blue sky days and sunshine out on the private deck and enjoy a coastal cookout with the gas grill provided.

House was clean and inviting. Took a little bit to figure out how to use the fireplace, once we did, the house was warm and cozy. Stairs from in the basement were a challenge with luggage. Small, skinny steps original with the house. Deer visited in the front yard. Great views from the bedrooms of upstairs. Had a wonderful time.

Cozy home away from home
