Place was great. Problem was we got a notice of a random inspection for our rental house around 5;00 pm the day we got there that stated they were coming in between 8am and noon on our first morning of vacation. Being we only had the place for 2 nights it was our only day to sleep in. They were outside our house at 8:00 am waiting for the inspector who decided to show at 9:30.

Avari Management was fine to work with. The house concerns started when we saw the tucked-away dirt (cobwebs, toys & dust & grit under end tables, dirty baseboards). We looked online and realized that the pictures were taken decades ago...the house was built in 1981 and the pictures show no neighbors...yet there are houses all around. The pictures don't show the wear that has naturally occurred over the 45 years, such as floors that need refinishing & repair and a vent hood that is rusted. I sent them a detailed (with photos) list of repairs & maintenance that need to be done. The house could be a solid 3-star with repairs, a 4-star with upgrades. I have now found several years of reviews that mention the same issues.The master bath has a clear leaded glass window across from the sink through which the neighbor can see at night. There is also a glassed balcony door across from the master closet in the hall from the bedroom to the bath, so anyone walking by it is in full view from the street.We cooked in the roomy kitchen (after washing the vent filter that was dripping grease) & it worked well. Most pots, pans & tools one needs are there except baking pans (e.g. 9x13). Be ready to clean the grill before using.The exterior is as pictured and the landscaping has matured. The yard is lovely and fairly private. The location & the layout of the house are great, beds are comfy. We enjoyed our stay, but w/o changes, for the price, will choose another property next time.
