Good week at BBR
We love black Butte Ranch. It’s a great place and the first time some of our family had a chance to enjoy it themselves. The weather was perfect for us. The pools were great lots of bike riding and just general enjoyment.

Perfect fall getaway.
We had wonderful weekend at three peaks hideaway. Climbed Black Butte, soaked in the lodge spa, and enjoyed a perfect afternoon on the back deck taking in a warm fall day. Thanks for a great weekend.

Perfect house for our family trip
Spent a few days in this house with our adult kids and partners. Beds were comfortable, easy walk to Paulina Pool, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the record player- nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at Three Peaks Hideaway. We had everything we needed to make our time in Black Butte comfortable and stress-free. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, from the large screen TV to the pool towels, no detail was overlooked. We took walks and swam and spent time out on the deck. This is definitely a home we’ll look to stay in again. Thank you.

This is a “standard” Black Butte property. Most all of the houses in BBR are nice, so why I am not giving 5 Stars. The rental price is high for the value. Master bedroom on the first floor has a tiny shower and the old old old water saver showerhead. There’s another master bedroom that has the same tiny shower. Doesn’t look like it’s been upgraded in 30 odd years. The kitchen was nice, but it’s offset from everything else so when you’re cooking, you can’t openly discuss with people out in the living room/family room area. The kitchen is also fairly small as as the refrigerator. For a group occupying the entire house plan on bringing coolers for your extra food. The master first floor bedroom mattress also made my wife feel like she was sliding off it every night so she didn’t get the greatest sleeps. I’m not sure why but it’s like one side of the mattress is more compressed than the other. A benefit of the house is having that big garage that was great able to put cars and bicycles away. Keep them locked up. The condition of the property overall is fine but the deck looks like it should’ve been redone earlier this spring. Having the TVs in various bedrooms was a nice perk, but their Internet was very poor quality and we were all losing connectivity constantly. My expectations may be a little bit higher than others as I owned a house in Black Butte for over 4 1/2 years and went above and beyond for my renters without charging them the highest possible rental price.
