The property was excellent for our needs. The description did not mention the grade school across the street which is noisy. It was very helpful having a garage available because when we came in it was during a terrible storm. We would have been soaked without it. Absolutely beautiful wildlife all around the property. If you want to cook as we did, the kitchen is amazing. The pots and pans were not good. They need to be replaced. Neither bedroom TV’s worked so plan to watch tablets if you like to bedroom watch. Overall I would definitely stay again. Just a very beautiful apartment and Gold Beach is friendly with interesting things to do.
