The Space:

Welcome to Hilton Head. This condo will be a fantastic base camp for all your beach adventures. Inside, the colorful living room with a TV and wet bar welcomes you in. Take advantage of the full kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make meals at home. On the patio, enjoy the surrounding nature and dine alfresco at the outdoor table. In the evening, gather in the living room and watch your favorite shows.



At night, pick between the two bedrooms plus a bonus kid’s sleeping room and get a good night’s sleep before an adventurous day ahead. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.



Shipyard is located near many restaurants, shops, golf courses, tennis courts, and bike paths. Van Der Meer tennis is located just down the street in Shipyard. Coligny Shops and restaurants are just down Pope Avenue, only a few minutes away, with 60 shops and restaurants. Hilton Head Island has over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis courts, 250 shops, and more than 200 restaurants.

Wonderful accommodations for our family. The beach was a short bike ride. The kitchen was stocked with the appliances and cookware that we needed to prepare our Meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. Highly recommend this rental!!

Our family had the best time on this vacation! Beautiful home! Beautiful decor! The homeowners thought of everything! We enjoyed the beach and the pool which is straight across from the condo and the beautiful surroundings! Very relaxing! Can’t wait to stay again!

Nice neighborhood with pool & sidewalks to bike or walk. Condo has a good layout and size worked well for the 4 of us. It would be ok for 6 but the 3rd bedroom is tiny. That would be best for small children but due to other features I would not recommend if you have little ones due to decorations with sharp points (they were covered with plastic ends) and yard had a tree in middle - no place for yard games/ toys. Property needed some work (trees trimmed/ removed, weeds pulled, etc,

Overall was wonderful / I was there for a conference - so not necessarily vacation; but TY somuch for sharing your home; loved the decor; felt inviting and peaceful. Suggestions : -( remove the small tree in the middle of front courtyard/seems misplaced/always have to walk around it / and the disjointed/not-level aggregate steps/stones are tripping hazard for those not quite as sure-footed any longer - makes it hard to pull suitcase and other bring-along rolling items/the lock on the beautiful main bath sliding door caught me several time on the shoulder; esp at night / i'll live thank you - but maybe could be higher, still at arms length / where average person wouldn't strike it - great job on stone shower remodel; kitchen was stocked with everything i would use/need away from home; nicely done - would stay again/i recommend this unit - knowing about aforementioned courtyard challenges : - )

Excellent experience

We had a great stay here. The condo has a light, clean, spacious feel to it. It’s well-appointed and nicely decorated, and the furniture is comfortable. Some things we especially liked: the two bedrooms, each with its own big bed and nice en-suite bathroom; the complete lack of artificial fragrances; and the amount of uncluttered horizontal surfaces in all the rooms — plenty of space to put our stuff. in addition, the condo seems well-built and solid, with good soundproofing between and within units. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a text from the managers/owners shortly after our arrival, asking whether the cleanliness of the place met our standards. As it happened, we had just discovered that the living room hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly, so we mentioned that in our response. Management promptly replied and offered to send someone over to correct the problem! We declined, but were impressed with their focus on customer service. Guests should know that the coffeemaker is a Keurig, and so requires K-cups. None are supplied, but the nearby Piggly Wiggly stocks them. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Great Anniversary Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary and it was simply amazing!!!! Very spacious, with easy access to pool, beach, and dining. Loved the variety of games and activities that were provided as well as beautiful decor throughout the home. Will definitely return!
