Simple and cozy appartment in small authentic village

The apartment was nice and as expected in very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Spacious bedrooms with great beds and complete quiet during the nights. The apartment provides a small and basic kitchen, allowing for easy cooking. All in all an apartment that matched our needs for a simple base camp, allowing us to easily explore the valley and the beautiful mountains.

Uitstekend verblijf voor een skivakantie

Fijn, ruim en net verblijf voor een skivakantie. Wij zaten op de begande grond. Contact met verhuurder verloopt soepel, wij konden er zelfs eerder in. Het verblijf ligt iets buiten het dorp, dus wil je iedere ochtend verse broodjes heb je wel de auto nodig. Tip is om voor alle skispullen een depot te huren bij het dalstation Kaltenbach. Wil je een fijn verblijf voor een redelijke prijs dan kan ik het zeker aanraden.wiiedere ochtend

Super toll, prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Lage, die Terrasse mit Garten war der Hit. Selten war eine FeWo so gut mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das WLAN ist eine Zumutung !!!

Mooi en schoon appartement met tuin.

Mooi en schoon appartement op begane grond met tuin. Goede kamers, goede bedden, complete keuken en goede badkamer met wc. Douchen in bad iets lastig. We hebben genoten van de plek buiten. Tuin met fruitbomen op westen, maar op het gras kun je de zon vinden bij het ontbijt. Gevallen fruit trekt wel wat wespen. Je zit onder het balkon vd bovenburen. Dus ook met regen lekker buiten zitten. Door de dikke muren blijft het binnen lekker fris. Veel leuke dingen te doen in Zillertal. Tesla supercharger op 2min rijden. 20 min lopen naar de bakker. Eigenaresse was zelf op vakantie, met haar was app contact heel goed, maar vervangster liet op zich wachten bij de eindafrekening een dag voor vertrek.

Skifahren

Skibushaltestelle in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wenn man dann die Skier noch im Depot an der Talstation lässt, ist es super bequem.

Preis Leistung stimmte für uns nicht

Die Wohnung ist klein, Wohnzimmer/ Flur/ Essbereich ist alles das gleiche. Wenn man mit schmutzigen oder nassen Sachen ankommt, gibt es keine Möglichkeit erstmal in den Flur zu laufen, sondern steht gleich im Wohn/Essbereich. Die Wohnung ist praktisch aber nicht wohnlich eingerichtet. Achtung bei der Abrechnung, Kurtaxe und Warmwasserverbrauch werden nachträglich abgerechnet. Warmwasser sollte vorab nach dem Preis gefragt werden! Waschmaschine Benutzung kostet 4 Euro, Trockner 6 Euro. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich.

Hallo Alexander, danke für Ihre Stellungnahme. Einige Bemerkungen dazu halte ich für angebracht. Die Wohnung ist etwas über 60 m2 groß. Vom Wohn-/Essraum geht (durch Tür abtrennbar) ein kleiner Flur in Richtung Küche, Badezimmer und zweites Schlafzimmer. In diesem Flur, von dem man in das Treppenhaus gelangt, ist eine Garderobe. Man kann auch durch das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung. Schischuhe können im Treppenhaus auf den Schischuhtrockner aufgesteckt und nasse Jacken nebenan in den Heizraum gehängt werden. Vielleicht haben Sie dies nicht beachtet, weil der andere Zugang für Sie praktischer war. Dass der Zugang zum Wohn-/Essraum auch von der Terrasse her erfolgt, hat den Vorteil, dass dieser Aufenthaltsbereich sich direkt zu Terrasse und Garten öffnet, was in den warmen Monaten sehr praktisch ist. Dass Nebenkosten vor Ort bezahlt werden, wird den Gästen in den Infos mitgeteilt. Alles Gute und freundliche Grüße Rudolf

Tolle Unterkunft für Familie

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, tolle Lage, Skibuserreichbarkeit, Ausstattung der Küche, Skikeller, es hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Auch die Betreuung durch Frau Rupprechter war sehr herzlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nette Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter! Bushaltestelle ca. 100 m vom Haus. Die Statt hast du in 5 - 10 min. zu fuss erreicht Talstation ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto.
