We promise you a pleasant stay in our comfortably furnished apartment, which offers enough space with 70 sqm for your family or friends. Children are welcome guests in our house.
Our newly built holiday home is located in a very quiet and sunny location in the immediate vicinity of the "new" valley station of the Zillertal Arena ski area. The free shuttle bus picks you up at the front door, and brings you in just one minute to the valley station Zillertal Arena or the town center.

Fantastische Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft war die beste die wir über mehrere Jahre in Österreich hatten. Besonders gut hat uns das Sofa gefallen, die Sauberkeit. Es war einfach alles super. Simone und Hannes waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben sie auch auf Ihrer Kaas-Hütten im Skigebiet Hochziller-Tal besucht und wurden zu einem Schnapserl eingeladen.Es ist von der Unterkunft super nah zu Bergbahn Karspitzbahn I. Einfach nur den Berg runter und man ist in 11 Minuten.Wer nach dem Skifahren den Weg scheut, der kann bequem den Skibus nehmen (Linie 1) der um 14:43, 16:33 und 17:00 direkt vor der Karspitzbahn abfährt. Die Fahrt dauert auch ca 10 Minuten.Das Skigebiet ist sehr groß und es ist für jeden was dabei.Danke Sinone und Hannes für den wundervollen AufenthsltWer nach

Geweldig verblijf in mooi appartement

We hebben wederom 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit appartement. De verhuurders zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Ook hebben we er handdoeken gehuurd. Er zit een mooie keuken in 2 grote slaapkamers een ruime badkamer en een grote woon ruimte. Wastek is aanwezig. Vaatwasser aanwezig. Kortom een echte aanrader en heerlijk rutig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist perfekt, um in kürzester Zeit zu den drei großen Skigebieten des Zillertal zu gelangen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle, auch für Skisachen. Sauberkeit war super. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Zell

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, die leicht zu finden ist. Für Ski-Fahrer perfekt, da man sehr schnell zum Lift kommt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Wohnung im Zillertal

Schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit 2 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern. Lage etwas außerhalb von Zell am Ziller, Ortskern und Zillertalarena sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Handtücher gegen Aufpreis, was allerdings der Beschreibung entspricht. Für einen Urlaub im wunderschönen Zillertal mit max. 4 Personen ist dies eine empfehlenswerte und preislich vernünftige Wohnung.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem geräumigen Appartement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, die Küche funktionell mit guter Ausstattung. Wenn etwas fehlte, haben es unsere Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt. Das WLAN war schnell und sehr stabil. Ein großer Fernseher mit Sky und vielen Musikprogrammen war mit einer gemütlichen Couch im Ess-/Wohnbereich vorhanden. Es war sehr ruhig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank dafür an die Familie Obersteiner und insbesondere Simone!

Sehr gute Lage

Die Talstation Zell ist sehr nah gelegen. Für Skibus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben dich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dir Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Nur das Sofa ist schon ziemlich zerschlissen und es gab leider keinen Extraraum für Ski. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De woning is prettig voor 4 volwassenen. de ruimte is groot genoeg voor 1 week en alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Een fijn zittende grote uitschuifbare, die helaas wel enigszins versleten is. De afstand naar de skilift vonden wij te groot om te lopen, maar een skibus naast de deur maakt veel goed.

Prachtig Appartement Zillertal

2 weken verbleven in een prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden fatsoenlijke keuken met vaatwasser en oven. Koelkast vriezertje en inductiekookplaat. Heerlijke douche en een grote eethoek en genoeg zitruimte. Alles schoon en netjes dus een echte aanrader!!! Zelf de auto kan onder een afdak staan.

Unterkunft zum Skilaufen

Schöne, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch Verbrauchsmittel waren in angemessener Anzahl vorhanden. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Op loopafstand van de skilift

Prima plek voor een skivakantie in Zillertal. Op loopafstand van skiliften van Zell am Ziller waarmee je tot Gerlos en Konigsleiten kunt komen. Op 10 minuten rijden van de skigebieden van Fugen en Mayrhofen. 2x 2 persoonskamer en een vast bed in de woonkamer. Carport voor de auto. Skihalte voor de deur maar daarmee ben je langer onderweg dan lopend. Goede skiverhuur inclusief locker naast de lift bij Kroll.

Ruim en net appartement. De keuken is basic maar voldoende om dingen op te warmen.

Het is een heel ruim appartement met goede bedden. Lakens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. In de keuken kun je geen grote maaltijd klaar maken maar dat hebben we niet gemist. Het appartement ligt niet ver van de liften en wie niet zelf wil rijden kan de bus aanï het appartement nemendeü.

Konstruktive Kritik

Bis auf den Schimmel an der Dichtung des Gefrierfachs und die unangenehm modrig riechende Spülmaschine war die Wohnung eigentlich sehr gepflegt, gross und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider nicht sehr empfehlenswert und hätte durchaus besser sein können. Ein Hinweis auf die zu erwerbende Gästevorteilskarte wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Außerdem sind wir nicht das erste mal in Österreich im Urlaub, sodass wir etliche Referenzen vorweisen können. Angefangen bei nicht erfolgten Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen in der Region, bis hin zum wie schon erwähnten fehlenden Hinweis auf die Gästekarte war nichts erfolgt, sehr schade. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch sehr dürftig, Geschirr und Gläser sind in Ordnung, 3 Spültabs für 7 Tage sind auch sehr dürftig und auch der Rest ist mehr als verbesserungswürdig.

Familienurlaub im Zillertal

Eine gut und pragmatisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Zillertal-Arena. Es bestand ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt zu den Vermietern die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Wir konnten wunderschöne Tage im Zillertal verbringen. Fijn appartement! Top locatie.

Fijne vakantie gehad in appartement Obersteiner! Gebruikt als uitvalsbasis tijdens onze wintersport. Om de hoek bij de gondels. Prima aan te lopen of met de skibus die op de stoep wacht! Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers en een uitgebreide woon/keuken ruimte. Ligging is centraal en je kan alle kanten op qua verschillende ski gebieden! Komen graag nog eens terug!!
