The Godewind holiday rental in Scharbeutz, located at Ludwigstraße 29, is part of a building with only 9 units and can be booked for two adults. This beautiful, ocean-facing house is situated in a prime, quiet single-family residential area, right on the edge of a steep, beech-covered cliff, adjacent to the state forest with its lovely forest trails, and exactly halfway between the town centers of Scharbeutz (2.5 km) and Timmendorfer Strand (5 km).

The special feature of this holiday rental is quite simply its location and the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. In addition, it is furnished with Italian solid wood furniture, which reflects the colours of the sea. You’ll feel right at home here.

Just about 100 m away—and down a public staircase—and you’re already on the long, fine-sand beach. A pedestrian traffic light clears the way for you to the other side, the beach side. Just a few metres and you’re jogging in the forest; just a 20-minute walk and you’re at the well-known Ostseetherme spa in Scharbeutz, located on the municipal border with Timmendorfer Strand.

According to the owner, the apartment is suitable for people with allergies. The floors are tiled. Pets are not allowed. Smoking on the balcony is permitted with the balcony door closed, provided it does not disturb the neighbors and the cigarette butts are disposed of in the trash container as soon as possible rather than in the regular dustbin. The TV includes a CD and DVD player, and you can listen to the radio.

Use of a parking space in the underground garage is included. Note on usage:
Parking space 7, the last space on the right, is reserved for you. Please note: The gate is operated by remote control and closes automatically after entry or exit.
