Walk to events, relax in style, and enjoy one of Eugene's best locations. *Walk to Hayward Field, U of O, and great restaurants *Fully stocked Kitchen and dining room *Fast WiFi+Smart TV *Off Street parking for 2 cars *Outdoor seating, grill, and fire pit in a private fenced back yard This house has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Guests have access to entire house. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood near the University of Oregon campus. It’s a walk- and bike-friendly area, very close to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and events held at the U of O. We offer off-street parking for two cars, along with additional on-street parking.
